I was tasked with redesigning the franchise website for Elliano’s Coffee to address key usability and brand identity challenges. The existing site failed to represent the unique value of Elliano’s as a family-owned, drive-thru-only coffee franchise. It also lacked essential content and design guidelines needed to attract and engage potential franchisees effectively.
To solve these issues, I conducted research to understand the brand’s values and target audience, prioritizing a warm and welcoming design aesthetic.
The new design emphasized clear navigation, aligning the website with the brand’s approachable personality and improving the user experience for franchise candidates by providing intuitive access to critical information.
